Radiators
New Radiator Fitted
A fresh panel radiator hung and plumbed in on new valves, with a thermostatic valve so the room can be set to its own temperature. Neat pipework and not a drop spilt on the carpet.
Boiler Servicing
Combi Boiler Service
A Baxi combi opened up for its annual service. We check the key parts, test the combustion and make sure it's burning safely before it goes back together, keeping the warranty valid and the boiler healthy.
Gas Fires
Gas Fire Installed & Tested
A coal-effect gas fire fitted, commissioned and tested. We check the flame picture and run the safety checks so it's warm, sealed and safe to use.

Inside a Boiler Strip-Down
The working parts of a boiler with the case off, mid-job. Getting in properly like this is how we trace a fault back to its real cause rather than guessing at parts.
Boiler Repairs
Boiler Fault-Finding
Testing the main circuit board on a boiler that wouldn't fire. We work through the electrics methodically to pin down the fault and tell you exactly what it'll take to put right.
Central Heating
Pump & System Filter
The pump and system filter on a combi, kept clean so the heating circulates properly. A clogged system is a common reason for cold radiators and a boiler that works harder than it should.
Central Heating
Heating Pump & Zone Valve
A central heating pump and motorised valve in an airing cupboard. When the heat won't reach a room or the hot water won't come on, it's often one of these rather than the boiler itself.
Plumbing
Toilet Cistern Repair
A new fill and flush valve fitted to stop a toilet that wouldn't stop running. One of the smaller jobs, but it puts an end to wasted water and that constant trickling.
Gas Appliances
Gas Cooker Fitted
A freestanding gas cooker fitted, levelled and safety tested. We install cookers like this, as well as gas hobs, with all the necessary paperwork provided.
Gas Safety
Gas Fire Safety Check
A gas fire checked over for safe operation. Older appliances are worth a yearly look to make sure they're burning cleanly and venting as they should.
Boiler Servicing
Combustion & Safety Check
Reading the flue gases on a Baxi combi with the analyser, checking the CO and CO₂ so we know it's burning clean and within range. It's the part of a service you can't do by eye, and it's how the boiler gets signed off as safe.
Boiler Installation
New Baxi Combi Fitted
A new Baxi 800 hung in the kitchen cupboard, swapped onto the same spot as the old one. Boxed back up neatly behind the door so it's tucked out of the way but still easy to get at when it's due a service.
Boiler Repairs
Combi Back in Service
A Biasi combi up and running again after a repair, sat at temperature on the wall. There was plenty of life left in it once the faulty part was sorted, so it was worth putting right rather than ripping out.
Radiators
Radiator Hung & Levelled
A new panel radiator on the wall under the window, with the level run across the top before the brackets get nipped up tight. A few minutes spent getting it dead straight saves it looking off for years afterwards.
Gas Appliances
Gas Hob Fitted & Tested
A Lamona four-burner hob dropped into the worktop, connected up and tightness tested before it's handed back. We light each burner in turn to make sure they all catch cleanly off the spark.
Gas Fires
Inset Gas Fire Lit
A coal-effect inset fire glowing in a stone surround, commissioned and safety checked. A proper bit of warmth in the front room, and the checks make sure it's giving it off safely.
Gas Work
Gas Supply & Meter Work
Fresh gas pipework run back to the meter and governor, marked up and clipped the way it should be. It's the part of a job nobody sees, but getting the supply right is what everything else hangs off.
Boiler Diagnostics
Inside a Vaillant
A Vaillant opened up to get at the heat exchanger and gas valve. With the case off you can actually see what's going on, trace a fault back to where it really is and fit the right part rather than guessing.
